BIG4 Traralgon Park Lane Holiday Park

Big 4 Traralgon was great stayed for a few days- great family room, comfy beds, friendly service & park guest. Offer pools, park, indoor play area, mini golf & rope course.. which the staff at the rope course were amazing can’t remember names however they were amazing with my daughter & niece doing rope course for the first time- encouragement and patience goes along way- so thank you had a wonder short stay at the park. Only down fall is I think the pools area, yes they have a very small little pool & bigger pool area. However the bigger pool is so deep no shallow end, it’s had to be mindful of your children in the water & watching them- due to level of the water. They couldn’t swim & enjoy. Without an adult assistance near by. I think harder for parents with more than 1 child over 5 who want to swim in bigger pool other then that great park lots to do.

We have been travelling to the different BIG 4's. Traralgon has been our favourite experience so far. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. There's mini golf, a ropes course, laser tag, a play center and swimming on site. It's also close enough to the town center, shops and restaurants etc. My only criticism is that not all the standard cabins (for example) are the same. Some have better couches etc. than others. Ours had a ripped couch and smaller than the one next door from us. It's a bit of a luck of the draw. The oven was not great for cooking. Outside of these small things, it was a wonderful place to stay and we've already said we'd definitely come back in a heartbeat.

It was a good camping experience for kids specially with the Rope Lessons and Laser Tag game and the indoor play center for Little ones. We enjoyed the Spa(lucky that it was a quite time and there was no rush) and kids loved water Balloon pool fight … Staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Disappointed with provision of only 1 Camp Kitchen and 1 Main toilets(which was not in a state of cleanliness since the cleaning scheduled to be once a day only!!!!! Camp kitchen also not very spacious considering there was numerous Tent campers and the rest camper trailers …. Needed better toilets and Camp kitchen to match the standards of Big4 caravan Parks..

Our holiday at Park Lane was nothing short of wonderful! The staff were just lovely from the minute we arrived. They were happy and enthusiastic and loved my little girl and made her feel so special. The facilities are impeccable! Great playgroup, super fun bouncy pillow, mini golf, pedal cars, pool, spa, a play centre and a ropes course?! There’s even a little train that does rides around the park! A kids dream! We had some rain and some sun, and we had something to do for all kinds of weather! My little one loved making friends with all the other kids. Everyone we chatted with was happy and friendly, which I would say was a product of the fun, easygoing atmosphere created here. The showers, toilets etc were super clean and nice. The kitchen was the same, clean and well kept. We will definitely be back! What a wonderful place with wonderful people!

We had a 5 day holiday booked for our kids staying in a cabin and what a disappointment it was upon arrival the cabin was absolutely filthy 😳 After reading other reviews and staff saying the problem will be addressed back in November it obviously has not been addressed. For the $1600 dollars I paid I was so disappointed when we still had to pay for my 4 yr old to do mini golf mind u she played with the ball half the time. Pool is tiny to many people in at 1 time. Jumping pillow is ripped around edges wich is a real hazard. Our cabin only stocked 6 of everything though there was 7 of us so one of us leaving 1 to est with a spoon every meal. Overall I did not enjoy this experience though the ropes course staff are absolutely outstanding at there job the rest of the park needs attention. Photos on line look great then u get there and its nothing like that. Will not be staying again If a review was able to insert photos you would be horrified.
